it is not easy to contact a technical support person in my city, so in this case, where is the problem .. is it in the dram or cartridge unit?

Thank you for using the Support Forum. Please remove the new toner cartridge and gently shake it side to side. Reinstall and try printing the configuration/settings report. If the report comes out clean it might be the document or the driver. Try a different document if it still happens uninstall the driver power of your computer, power it back on and reload the driver. If it still fails you would need to contact your local support centre for service.
I have a xerox machine 3635mpf. Recently I changed the toner ship after a long time I didn't use the machine about 3 months.
I attached photos for the printout. I used to fix the things by my self except for big issues I call technicians.
any suggestions please what I can do .
