Here are the instruction on how to reset the admin password. If you are still having issues after trying these steps, I suggest that you call into our support department for assistance @ 1-800-821-2797.

password does't work

Product Name: Xerox B235 Multifunction Printer
Operating System: Windows 10 x64

hello,

 

I just set up the new B235 multifunction printer. During the set up the device asked for a username and password. After that it doesn't recognise the password and I can't do anything

Can anyone help me how to unlock the printer and erase the password or how it can go back at factory settings. I have tried anything and nothing happened
