Thank you for using the Support Forum. If the defaults, username - admin and password - 1111 do not work then you will need to have a technician to reset the machine.  Please consider contacting your support centre for further assistance.

password reset or servicd cod - Phaser 6700

Product Name: Other - specify product in post

Hi,

I don't have the password or the service passcode for our Phaser 6700. I tried admin/1111 and all the suggested ones but I can't log into the device.

How can I reset either the admin password or the service diagnostic code? (4 digit - I assume I can wipe the password in the service mode?)
