I'm writing a post here to see if anyone can assist me with a pertinent issue regarding printers in my current organization.
Two workers have just moved into a new office with a printer that has been there for a while, however it is unable to read any of our CACs (smart cards), despite applying contstant stigging, new certificates, modernizations for CAC software, and so on. It will not authenticate any CAC now, including mine. I've had this same issue across five other printers, and I am looking for advice to see if I am simply missing something or if I should try something new to fix these printers.
The CAC authentication system is necessary in our workplace. No one else seems to know what to do in our situation..
