reset admin password

Product Name: Xerox C235 Color Multifunction Printer
Operating System: Windows 10

I just bought a Xerox 235 MFP for private use and during the installation process I entered a password for admin. This password was not accepted when I tried it later on to install e-mail etc. I allready try to reset to factory settings, but this did not work. How do i reset the admin password?

I found these steps for resetting the admin passwordIf you are still having issues after trying these steps, I suggest that you call into our support department for assistance @ 1-800-821-2797 or 1-800-835-6100.
