That looks like a browser issue. 

 

Try the following:

  • Try using a different Web Browser. For example, if using Google Chrome, try using another browser such as Microsoft Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, or Apple Safari.
  • Try using the Web Browser's Private / Incognito mode.  

If the problem persists, contact Support for additional assistance @ 1-800-821-2797.

Operating System: Windows 10 x64

i am unable  to change the admin password using the Wed UI and i am reciving the following msg. i used user name admin and PS is the serial # any suggestion on what is the problem
