Good morning, I have an old but excellent xerox workcentre m123. There are two problems, one finding working drivers for Windows 10. The second most serious one is that I can no longer access the administrator menu. Tried with all the x-admin password suggestions and login 111111 nothing. Tried with Now hold down the number "0" on the physical keypad for 7 seconds
Without letting go of the "0" key, press the green "Hard Start" button
The touch screen display will now ask for a "Passcode"
Enter the numbers "6789" using the physical key pad, but nothing if I press administrator settings then everything freezes and it is no longer possible to press anything on the touch screen and not even the keys work and I have to turn it off and on. Is there a way to reset and get this machine working? Thank yo
