I can't connect Xerox B225 MFP printer in xerox worklapace app for android. After entering the IP address, it searches for tens of minutes and nothing. I also activated the workplace cloud, connected the printer and printed the QR code. But it doesn't work even through that one. It reports an error. Here it says to check the same wifi network, network communication enabled and IPP and SSL. I'm fine with that. I tried from two different devices and same error. The printer in windows works without any problems and you can also print in it normally in the android system. But it cannot be connected in the workplace. I definitely need to scan.
