Issue when downloading uploaded jobs

I'm experiencing an issue when using the Workplace app to print jobs uploaded using Workplace Cloud. I'm on an IOS device and my Workplace Cloud service is working correctly. But when I go to the uploaded section of the mobile app and try to print directly to a Versalink C405 (which is on the same network as my phone) it freezes when downloading the job. All I can do is close the app. I tried capturing logs but as the only way to get past the freezing issue is to close the app the logs fail to save.

My colleague has also tried this using his separate Workplace Cloud account, on an Android phone, and on a different C405 on his network, and he gets the same issue. 

Is there a problem with the service?

If the job is uploaded to Workplace Cloud, then picking the uploaded job and a printer will not cause the job to be pulled down to the phone and pushed to the device.  The job would get pulled down and pushed via an XWC Agent.
