Issue: After Xerox Workplace Cloud (XWC) Agent auto-upgrade to version 5.6.47 several customers have reported communication errors when attempting to authenticate at the printer.
Remediation: If you experience this communication issue after upgrade the XWC agent to 5.6.47 please restart the Xerox Mobile Print Cloud Agent service on the agent PC and then manually run “Printer Search” in the agent UI to resolve the problem. If this doesn’t resolve your issue please contact support for more assistance.
