[CLOSED] Critical Patch for Xerox® Workplace Cloud [@PrintbyXerox] EIP app - July 15th 2022

A critical patch for Xerox® Workplace Cloud [@PrintbyXerox] EIP app v5.7.307 will be released on July 15, 2022 at 9:00 AM EST. No downtime is expected.

 

This patch provides a workaround where affected Versalink platforms will redirect to different Azure Active Directory login portal without the login hint.  This will require the users to enter email twice to login.

Fixed the issue with Versalink 1.5 and 1.6 platforms (all Versalink devices outside of B71xx and C71xx) not able to render the Azure Active Directory login page properly.
