We have been investigating issues regarding intermittent print submissions errors from the desktop client. We have tracked these issues to a maintenance activity that runs daily between 9:30 PM EST and 1:30 AM EST. We are tentatively targeting to resolve issues caused by this maintenance activity by Thursday afternoon (EST Time), December 9, 2021.
