The development team has been made aware of an issues with the Mac Client v1.3.0.71 where the application closes unexpectedly.
Based on our investigation, the root cause is the lack of a custom driver being available for Mac.
If you experience this issue you:
- Go to Account > Settings > Desktop Printing and add a customer driver for Mac
- Make sure to select both the “Enable” and “Default Printer” check boxes.
A SPAR of the Mac Client is being planned to address this issue.
