Jobs submitted by the desktop client and stored locally or local with cloud backup are failing when released to a printer. In the @PrintByXerox app, the job appears be stuck in converting.
We are actively investigating the issue.
Update (June 14, at 3:37 GMT) - the problem was specific to IoT Hub connection failures to the Azure site UK South. We have moved the connection to UK West and recovery is in progress. New submissions should cause the desktop client to connect to the new site. We are continuing to monitor. Separately, we are engaging Microsoft to determine the cause for the IoT Hub failures on the UK South site.
You MUST submit a new job to have the client connect to the new IoT Hub site. This will allow release of both earlier and current submissions.
