Job exporting is not getting triggered and stuck at Not Started state.

Summary:
Exports initiated on the Export tab in the Job Reporting section in Xerox® Workplace Cloud were not starting and stayed in a status of "Not Started". This has been addressed and exports can now be successfully completed.
