[UPDATE - 1:30PM EST]: A mitigation has been put in place that has addressed the issue.  We are continuing to monitor the situation.  A permanent fix is being worked and will be deployed in the next couple of days.

Xerox Workplace Cloud is experiencing intermittent authentication issues.  The team is actively investigating and working on a solution.  An update will be made once we know more on the outlook for the fix.
