There are intermittent issues with the Cloud Direct feature that are impacting authentication and remote management. Users may experience slow performance or timeouts when using Cloud Direct.
[UPDATE] The intermittent issues with the Cloud Direct feature that are impacting authentication and remote management have been resolved. A temporary fix has been put in place and the situation is being monitored. A permanent fix will be put in place by Tuesday June 7th. Specific time for the patch will be provided by the end of the day on Friday June 3rd.
