Xerox Workplace Cloud was successfully updated to address the issues with the Cloud Direct features outlined below. Should you experience any further issues, please engage your authorized support channel.

Xerox Workplace Cloud update to resolve issues with the Cloud Direct feature in Xerox Workplace Cloud and Xerox Workplace Cloud Fleet management is planned on February 24th , 2023 at 2.00 A.M (EST). No downtime is expected.
Users experienced with below issues will get resolved with this update:

We are currently experiencing intermittent issues with the Cloud Direct feature in Xerox Workplace Cloud and Xerox Workplace Cloud Fleet management. A temporary fix has been put in place, and the development team is working on final resolution.
Any printer that is connected to Xerox Workplace Cloud using the Cloud Direct feature may be impacted.
