Some customers are experiencing printer authentication problems when using a card or with the alternate login feature. The user will see a failure screen very quickly after a card scan or selection of the alternate login button. This issue has been isolated to the following recent Agent versions: 5.7.58, 5.7.128 & 5.7.129. If you experience this problem, the short term solution to resolve the issue is to restart the Agent Service (Xerox Mobile Print Cloud Agent Service). The Workplace Cloud team is working on permanent fix and will deploy this as soon as possible.
