[UPDATE - CRITICAL] Print release problems for locally stored desktop jobs
The Workplace Cloud solution is experiencing problems releasing locally stored desktop jobs. The issue has been isolated to the Azure Iot Hub interface and a ticket has been opened with Microsoft and they are actively investigating the problem. Additional details will be updated in this post as more is known.
8:40 AM (EST) - We have tracked down the root cause to the Azure IoTHub interface used by our current endpoint: virtualprintiothubukw.azure-devices.net. We are initiating IotHub failover to a new IotHub with the endpoint virtualprintiothub.azure-devices.net. Once the endpoints are switched, any subsequent jobs submitted using the Xerox Workplace Cloud clients should connect to the new IoTHub and allow release of jobs once again.
10:10 AM (EST) - The Azure IoTHub endpoint switch is complete and has been validated.
