We often have issues with Workplace Cloud: when the issue occurs, our users cannot authenticate with their badge on our Xerox Altalink C8170 device, often for multiple days. When presenting the badge, the loading icon appears and keeps turning for a while, then after a few minutes the display shows "The remote server has not yet responded".
What's also remarkable is that, when this issue occurs, I also cannot login on the web control panel of the printer (I can consult the web app, but when going to Properties and submitting my user & pass, there as well the page keeps loading infinitely). Rebooting the system doesn't help, we just have to wait for the problem to mysteriously go away.
Our local partner has no clue what causes this, and the problem keeps on occuring from time to time.
