Communication with authentication system was not succesful

Hello all,

 I'm hoping someone has run into this. We cannot get to the login screen from the copier. It states communication with the authentication system was not succesful, validation of your login cannot be completed at this time. Please contact your system administrator.

We have rebooted mutilpe times the agent is up and running, the cloud says that it's connected but cannot login.

Printer authentication requires the printer to communicate with the Agent.  This is done over port 443 using HTTPS.  Please ensure you have opened or allowed incoming traffice over port 443 on the Agent system.
