You would need to work with your Xerox representative to submit a feature request. There are no current plans to change the behavior.
Just to clarify. For @PrintByXerox log, user's would log in with email and then their credentials based on the authentication method for the company. Alternatively, they can enter an Express Code (assuming this feature is enabled). Is it the Express Code feature that you are referring to when you mention PIN? The Express Code field is not currently masked. This is a good suggestion and will be brought to the business team for consideration in the future.
Alternatively, you might be referring to print authenticaiton using the alternate login method (manual credentials). If the PIN feature is enabled, then the first screen is email or PIN as noted previously be pteeter. Because it can be an email, the field is not masked.
There is currently no ability to mask the PIN on the @PrintByXerox application. The first screen will accept PIN or Email Address. If that field were masked people would not be able to see their email address as they typed it.
Hello,
How can we set to hide the PIN code when trying to connect on the @PrintbyXerox application. I will specify that the PIN code is displayed and is a security threat. We need to hide/encrypt it, but there is no option from the Workplace Cloud (didn't found it yet) and on the printer itself it hides only the passwords stored locally, not those from applications.
