Mac Installation

When we install Workplace Cloud on the Mac it doesn't add anything to install or select our Cloud print option. I have downloaded the package file to put in our cloud printer but when selecting it on Mac it just disappears and doesn't do anything. I found something about downloading Workplace Cloud as admin to get the included json file but when I install using that group the json file disappears and there is still no option to print to the Workplace Cloud. Any suggestions on how to fix this?
