Yes, please create a new Agent in the XWC Web Portal. Then install the agent EXE on the new server and activate using the new activation code for the new agent. Once it's up and running, you can delete the old agent from the portal.

I have a customer that is looking to move an agent from one server to another and I want confirmation if the only option would be to recreate a new agent? In the admin guide, I see instructions if an agent needs to be reinstalled on a new hard drive, to recreate it as the agent uses the hard drives unique ID. Sounds simular since the new server would have a unique ID.
