Having the same issue with jobs processing and not showing up to be released. Does the customer's I.T. Report if the XWC client popup "Document Submitted" Popup? My customer is reporting that this is not occuring on the end user with the issue. I have also tried uninstalling and reinstalling the client, print driver, and signing the user out and in with no change in effect. Hopefully someone from the XWC team will see this and reach out with a solution.
Customer's I.T. is having issue with users print jobs not showing up in the queue to be released. The end user is able to sign in to the client, the secure print queue is pushed down. However, the print jobs are not showing up in the queue when the users authenticate at the copier. I am also asking if anyone has instructions on how they can user the .msi file to push the client to the endusers using intune?
