PrintByXerox always say password is incorrect

I have a few users who tried to make an account on PrintByXerox. The Printer keeps telling them that the password they entered was wrong, no matter how many times they reset the password and redo the whole process. Now they also can't use their work e-mail as an account either because PrintByXerox recognizes them as existing accounts. What can they do? What can I do to help them?
