Restart Agent Service

I am running into an issue where if I have not logged into WPC for a day or two, I have to stop/start the WPC Agent Service to login. Has anyone seen that issue? Once I stop/start the service, everything works fine.

One note, they do not currently have any devices active. WPC is running on the server but not activly being used. Could that be the issue?

Hi Mark,

You should not have to start and stop the agent.  If this keeps re-occuring please reach via email to the team and include the agent debug logs.
