This printer is not capable of installing the client application

We recently replaced Altalink devices with PrimeLink B9100's.  When attempting to configure the device in Xerox Workplace Cloud, we get a message for the client Application installation that "This printer is not capable of installing the client application".  We also get a message for Authentication that states "This printer is not authentication capable.  The Primelink B9100 is listed as a compatible device with Xerox Workplace Cloud.

Remove and rediscover the device as well as double check your SNMP values.

If you are still having issues, please submit a support ticket so that the problem can be diagnosed and corrected.
