Remove and rediscover the device as well as double check your SNMP values.
We recently replaced Altalink devices with PrimeLink B9100's. When attempting to configure the device in Xerox Workplace Cloud, we get a message for the client Application installation that "This printer is not capable of installing the client application". We also get a message for Authentication that states "This printer is not authentication capable. The Primelink B9100 is listed as a compatible device with Xerox Workplace Cloud.
