I was able to get this fixed by engaging with phone support. For those out there experiencing this same issue, be persistent. It took 2 hours + and 10 different reps, but I finally am able to log in.
We are not able to sign in it at https://xwc.services.xerox.com/Login.
We are setup to authenticate via LDAP to Active Directory. When I enter my email address in, XWC then asks for my domain login credentials. When I try to authenticate, I receive the message:
Authentication failed for "domain\user" the authentication system is not responding.
Is there a way for Xerox to turn off the LDAP authentication and revert back to the default authenticaiton method? That way I could then use the password reset email to get back into the system?
