The user should be able to change their company via the web portal. On the main login page where you enter your email, there is a box with the text "Change Company". Have the user select that and the Submit. The user will be asked for the company code (provide the correct company code to them to enter) and the user should be able to complete the login processes using the authenticaiton method for your company.

There is one user that gets an "Access denied" error when trying to link his RFID badge to his account on our Altalink C8170 device.
I did some tests and I found that his user is not in our "Users" list in Xerox Workplace Cloud, and when he enters his email address to login, he gets the default "Enter password" screen instead of the SSO MS365 login screen all other users see.
So it looks like he has managed to create an account directly with Xerox Workplace Cloud, not linked to our MS365 environment, and not linked to our company code either. I can't find a way to delete his account or link it to the proper tenant...
