XWC Client to Ricoh printer - print jobs mixed

Please check the following setting:  Account > Settings > Print Defaults > Document Release Order.  You can set this to "Enforce Job Order".  See if that helps.

Hi,

When we print some documents (some small and big attachements from an email) via the xwc client on Windows to a Ricoh print queue in the Xerox Workplace Cloud the documents with the smallest file size are printed first and not in my desired print order.

Is there a setting so that the document that I want to print first is the first one to arrive in te printer and not the small one that I send later to the queue?
