The fix applied yesterday around 5 PM EST was the permanent fix. We do not have widespread cloud issues at this time. If a customer is experiencing issues, please submit a support ticket and ensure the priority is set correctly.
I've been following the XWC announcements and the last one stated a migration is in place to resolve this mornings authentication issues, after the update from yesterday. However, customer's are still experiencing issues authenticating. There is no option to reply to the announcements so I'm wondering if anyone else has customer's still having authentication issues and if they have any insite if its going to be this way until the permanent fix?
