After some time we have same problem with LDAP authentication type.
Please, change the account properties from domain into standard user for us.

After windows update on our cloud agent on windows server 2019 can't login as before updates.
Change for us authentication type from ldap to standard.

This system is repeating isssues with ldap authentication.
After setup, during login to xwc webportal it was asking for domain login and password only for me.
For other users from our domain, system is still asking for nondomain password.
For these users works password set during new account creation on xcw webportal.
Agent can see our domain, my admin account is working as domain account but other accounts not.
After server updates, agent has always problems with login with my domain account.
Do you have experience common problems with ldap\active directory authentication ?
