Thanks, my PS team upgraded the MFP APP which had stopped communicating job info and although the historical information is lost both devices are now showing and activity reporting.

I have a client with 2 x Xerox Altalink C8145 which show as identical on the printer list and both enabled but for some reason Analytics is only showing usages and analytics for one.
We've tried repairing the one not showing but the console only shows one device out of the 2?
Am I doing something wrong?
Any help would be appreciated.
