This forum is only for Xerox Workplace Suite.  XDA is managed service product and there should be a support channel that can be contacted if help is needed.

I had the same issue.
After installing the latest firmware version the problem was solved.

B215 Error on XDA

Hi Everyone,

kindly i need your help as while i'm adding Xerox VL B215 on XDA Program , i got an error MIB-II (RFC 1213) 

i checked SNMP Protocol and the device has the latest firmware too.
