Is your LDAP Import set up to apply additions? You can check this setting at: Company > Settings > LDAP Import > Changes to Apply > Additions.

Failed to sync new users from active directory

Hello everyone,

Two weeks ago, I installed and setting Workplace Suite on a WS 2012 R2 in the end customer. Sync from his local AD to local XWS database (SQL Express) over 300 users. Today IT admin customer adds two new users on his local AD and after I applied sync now to obtain these users in the local XWS database does not add them.

After put "sync now" the current users obtain data update but not add these 2 new users.

What do I need to do to fix it?
