We have installed Xerox Work Flow Suite for a Customer ( Government Sector) last year . All of sudden, the license is displayed as Invalid. We replaced the Keys with another license string. But still the connector keys are displayed as Invalid. For time being, we uploaded the Demo Keys. The Demo version is going to expire soon.
Unfortunately, any license uploaded to Software is displayed as Invalid. Due to this entire Print Management System is down.
Since, the Client is directly connected to Government Sector, We need to solve the issues as soon as possible.
If that don't work, there is also a software number availible for partners which i can't share here on a public forum, but you should be able to get that number via your Xerox Partner channels. And there is also a email adres availible to request a new trial license, for the time being so there is more time to fix the general issue.
