We have been getting reports from a few of our locations that still have older WorkCentre 59XX-series MFD's, where they are getting error messages after releasing a print job using the Mobilty Suite application.
They are able to authenticate to the MFD via network accounting (key fob), release their print job successfully. However after this, a large red error appears on the screen:
An error occured while trying to connect to the remote server.
We can close off the error, and everything the user wanted to do was successful, however we are trying to figure out what the error is about and how we can prevent it.
Please submit a support ticket through the appropriate channel for your region so that this can be investigated further.
