Yes, if select the app..jobs are in queue.

Ok, so you don't see the prompt.  Once logged in, if you select the @PrintByXerox app, does it show your list of pending jobs?

Is the option 1.

I have tried to enable and disable the option. And it still doesn't go. I have also restarted the service

Hi,

Based on your description I'm not quite certain what option your are referring to.  Can you please clarify if it's one of these:

1.  Log into printer and as part of the logon process it indicates if there are X jobs available and asks if you want to release all of them or not.

2.  Log into printer and then select the Workplace EIP App.  The app indicates there are X pending jobs and asks if want to release or delete them.

3.  Log into printer and then select the Workplace EIP App.  It does not show any listed jobs available for release even though you submitted one or more jobs.

Problem with prompt of pending print jobs

Hello, I would like to know if anyone knows how to restore this option. Since the last time I restored the WPS license, the option of pending jobs to print on Xerox multifunction equipment does not pop up. I have enabled and disabled the option and nothing happens. I have checked the job queue, and they are registered, but when you get to the computer and log in, the warning does not pop up.
