When disabling, I would always disable all feature first and save, then disable the printer in XWS.  If anything is lingering, you can use the WebUI of the printer to disable it.  I unfortunately do not have a device handy to point out the specific page.

Removing WPS Setting from PrimeLink C9065

I have a customer with two PrimeLink C9065 devices that want to take them off WPS. I disabled the printers in WPS and setup new direct TCP/IP queues to the devices but they are still picking up the accounting and will not let the users print without entering their AD credentials. Is there a setting on the C9065 that removing WPS did not change or something on the device that needs to be done manually?
