Reset Admin Credentials

Good day,

I inherited a Workplace Soultions 5 installation used primarily for demo purposes from a previous analyst who did not provide the correct administrator credentials. The emails and phone number for this user have been de-activated and I am stuck at the login screen without being able to access any of the application features.

Is there a way to reset the administrator access, or would it be prudent to uninstall and reinstall the XWS server fresh with the latest version? Just looking for guidance on the best practice in this type of scenario as I know the installation and unistallation of feature can be sensitive.

Look for the appendix section titled: "Administrator Recovery Procedure".
