Hi All,
We just upgraded WPS from 5.5 to 5.6.102.70, and now no jobs will print, when asked from the Followme PIN on the printer.
The jobs spool to the queue, but the server will not show then in the WPS web-interface.
It just keeps stating "Processing. Please wait..."
Upgrade process was, as listed in the docs:
1: Uninstall old and install new Prerequisites, reboot after both.
2: Run WPS installer, doing an Upgrade.
What is going on, and why will the Jobs page suddently not list anything, on History/Current/Content ?!?
On the Reports page, we can see the users scan they ID-cards with success, but no jobs are released.
