I have several customer installations and just recently they started to complain about the wrong country shown in the error notification emails from XWS, e.g.:
"The following jobs have failed. Please see below for more information. Error processing document *Untitled.txt.Error processing document *Untitled.txt. Details: Printer: XXXXXX Xerox AltaLink B8055 Block 5 XXXXXXX Dublin, Namibia, Dublin "
All the possible settings have been checked and correct, but it seems XWS is simply ignoring the country and does pick "Namibia" by default.
Does anyone came across this and has a possible solution?
