Hi Seppo,

The installer will check if the server is a Domain Controller and will block installation if it is.  We require the XWS software to be installed on a dedicated system.  Domain Controllers tend to be heavily used systems, which can use much of the resources of the server.  To ensure our solution is not competing with these services, we prevent installation on a Domain Controller.

Xerox workplace Solution installation

Hi, Our Xerox partner has a problem with Xerox Workplace Suite (XWS) installation. 

Platform where they try to install is Windows 2012(R2). They get next error message at start of installation: (plese see a attached picture). 

Also, the analyst (Antti) asked a question: 

"Hi

I trying install workplace suite software in customer server (windows server 2012 R2)

The server is in addition to the domain controller. Is this a problem?
