it would depend on where you are located as to who you send the request to.

Account : Need to change a user's account type


We need to deploy the Info app on th devices on a customer's network which is managed by on-site Xerox operators who will need to update the Info app contnts when needed.

The operators signed-up to the App Gallery but they do not have access to the Info pp (it is not visible it their app lists). We then tried to add the operators accounts to nother account but then we recieve a notification stating that their accounts are linked to a partner.

Who do we need to contat to have the operators accounts changed so they will be able to manage ad edit the Info app's content ?
