Yes, everything works on the admin page when I enter the code

I also see that the SNMP String says private. Have you tried Public or "Private" with a capital "P"? 



Here's the result with the uppercase letter, can't even go to the next page.

I also see that the SNMP String says private. Have you tried Public or "Private" with a capital "P"? 

Do you have an SNMP browers that you can use to test that the SNMP password you are using in correct?

Add a device to my AppGallery account

 

Hello,

I'm trying to add a device to my AppGallery account and I still get this error message, despite the fact that everything is in order (date/time/login information).

After 4 people at Xerox telling me they don't know the AppGallery section, I'm trying my luck here to get a solution to my problem.
