The Xerox Easy Translator App is still available. It has been moved to the Channel Partner category in the App Gallery. Anyone having a Gallery account with the Channel Partner role will be able to access and install the app. If you would like a Channel Partner role, please send an email to xerox.app.gallery.feedback@xerox.com.

Ever since the 5.0 App Gallery upgrade, We created an account through the control panel interface an when we login at the control panel of a device , we cant see the Xerox Easy Translator App to be able to install it. We tried going online with a PC to try to download and install the Xerox Easy Translator App, but can't see it there either....
It seems like this new user account created at the control panel does not have proper permissions to see all of the Apps? Is there a workaround or how to we go about getting permission to see all apps available?
