Hi it's for the Xerox Translate and Print app. Once the SDE error occurs, if you click on any other apps we've installed from the App Gallery. The same SDE error also pops up.
On the AltaLink series, I don't have any problems with the apps. Only VersaLink C405.
Is this for the Xerox Easy Translator? If so there is an issue with it and we have since pulled it until we can get it fixed. If it is for a different app please let us know the app and the steps to recreate.
I can install the app through App Gallery website. Thank you for the info.
Once the App is installed, I'm able to run the app and it works. Unfortunately it only works once. If you click on the App again it displays an "SDE_PLEASE_TRY_AGAIN2, SDE_UNKNOWN_ERROR_OCCURED7". When I click on the other apps that were working, it also now displays the same error message.
This is occuring on all three of my VersaLink C405's. Please advise.
what version of the app gallery app do you have on the device? Are you able to go the app gallery on a pc and install to the device?
Hi, I have a VersaLink C405 running v68.52.01 and when I click on the App Gallery icon a message pops up saying this device isn't connected to the internet.
I'm able to transmit data to the Xerox Remote Services for meter read and supplies. So the VersaLink device does have internet connection.
I've double checked the date and time on the device and it's accurate. Is the app gallery down?
